Jeff has been touring around Stockton-on-Tees to raise awareness of the Young Carers Support Service.  He has visited local schools, GP Practices and organisations that are in a position to identify hidden young carers and their families. The young carers card is waiting for you!! The card is a form of identification for young carers aged 11 to 18 living in Stockton-on Tees to support them with their caring role.  It prevents young carers from having to explain themselves a number of times and supports their emotional health and wellbeing.
